Order Processing Times: Our processing time is 1-3 business days excluding Sundays and Holidays. 

 

Shipping Times: Shipping times depend on the carrier and the method selected at checkout. Please note: Shipping times are separate from processing times. 

 

International Orders: We offer international shipping worldwide through UPS and DHL with Prepaid Duties & Taxes (DDP) enabled at checkout. 

  • All customs duties, VAT and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so you will not have to pay anything when your package arrives. 
  • This helps avoid delivery delays and surprise fees. 
  • Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination country. 

Note: Some countries or carriers may require additional verification. 

 

Shipping Carriers: We currently ship using USPS, UPS, and DHL. Your carrier options and estimated arrival date will appear at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier. 


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. We will assist you in the process if needed. 

 

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address please email us at posysagetransfers@yahoo.com for assistance.
